This past weekend, the AXIS VEX IQ Robotics Team competed in the Chinese National VEX IQ event in Guangzhou. The competition featured a Teamwork Challenge, where teams worked together to maximize their score, and a Skills Challenge, which tested both driver control and autonomous programming.
In the end, our team secured first place in both the Teamwork Challenge and the Skills Challenge, scoring an incredible 148 points—the highest we have ever seen in the game!
It was an intense and exciting competition, and we are incredibly proud of our students for their outstanding performance! For many of our students, this was their first year competing at this level, and they gained invaluable experience. Their dedication, teamwork, adaptability, and willingness to push through challenges have set a strong foundation for future competitions. We can’t wait to see what they accomplish next year!
